• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, and interactions within the platform.

• Campaign data — ICP definitions, outreach content, and cadence settings you configure within PipeBoost.
• Business contact data sourced through third parties — see Section 5.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use the personal data we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the PipeBoost platform and services.
• Communicate with you about your account, subscription, and product updates.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Respond to support requests and feedback.
• Conduct analytics to understand how our platform is used and where it can be improved.
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following bases:

• Consent — when you book a call, register for early access, or opt in to marketing communications.
• Contract performance — when processing is necessary to deliver the services you have subscribed to.
• Legitimate interests — for product analytics, fraud prevention, and improving service quality, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable Singapore law.

5. Third-Party Data — Lusha

PipeBoost integrates with Lusha, a third-party B2B data provider, to enrich business contact information for outbound campaigns. When you run a campaign:

• We submit your ICP criteria to Lusha to retrieve relevant business contact records (names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details).
• Lusha's data is governed by Lusha's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review them.
• PipeBoost does not store enriched contact records beyond what is required to execute and track your active campaigns.
• Business contacts whose data is sourced through Lusha may exercise their data rights directly with Lusha.

Data availability and accuracy depend on Lusha's coverage and data quality. PipeBoost does not independently guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data records.

6. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment processing), under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Lusha — to fulfil data enrichment requests per your campaign instructions.
• Calendly — to enable meeting scheduling. Calendly operates under its own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in Singapore or another applicable jurisdiction.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality obligations.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. After termination or cancellation, we retain account data for 12 months, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

8. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for processing where consent is the basis, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.
